Sophomores Konnor Pack (esports) and Julia McClanahan (volleyball) highlight that week's honors. Pack, aka Simplicity, earned a second place finish during the St. No Bans 15 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament held in Saint Albans, West Virginia September 18. The sophomore went 7-2 in the individual event, competing with a total of 31 players. McClanahan, a product of Charleston, West Virginia, dished a total of 86 assists after two matches and ten sets. She averaged 8.6 assists per set and picked up nine digs as the Golden Bears finished 1-2 that week.
