Golden Bear Athletes of the Week for January 1-7, 2024 were announced Thursday by the WVU Tech Athletic Department. Senior Ashton Parker (men's basketball) and sophomore Alva Hedrich (women's basketball) highlight the week's honors.

Parker (construction management) played 67 minutes in two games, recording 39 points, 20 rebounds, nine blocks and two assists as Tech took both W's.
