Junior Josh Hudson has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for April 29 - May 5, 2015.
Hudson hit a double down the right field line in the win over Ashford University during the A.I.I. Conference Tournament, driving in two runs and giving Tech the lead, 3-2. The Golden Bears defeated Ashford, 4-2.
The South Charleston, West Virginia native finished 1-for-4 at the plate with a double, two RBI and a run scored for the Gold and Blue.
Hudson, 3-5 on the mound this season, put in seven innings of work with three earned runs on five hits, striking out three opponents in Tech's final game of 2015 versus Houston-Victoria (Texas).
