Junior Terry Nance II has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for January 13-19, 2016.

Nance was 4-0 at the Builder Invitational taking the championship at the 197 weight class.

The junior scored a major decision over Alderson Broaddus (14-3), a fall at 0:52 in the quarterfinal, 15-7 decision versus Ferrum in the semi-final and won by decision over VMI for the title, 6-1. Nance is 17-6 this season with five falls, second-best for WVU Tech.

The son of Terry and Donna Bell-Nance is majoring in psychology at WVU Tech.
