Sophomore Quentin Cooper has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for January 27 - February 2, 2016.

Cooper took top honors in the 1650 Free with a 17:42.88 and finished second in the 400 IM with a time of 4:25.72.

The San Leandro, California native, sophomore Jesus Ballesteros, freshman Kohen Kerr and fellow classmate Manuel Serrano Laguna clocked a time of 3:22.85 winning the 400 Free Relay.

The son of son of Rita Cooper is majoring in civil engineering at WVU Tech.
