Junior Brady Groesbeck has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for March 10-15, 2016.

In the four-game series sweep of Brescia University, Groesbeck finished 7-for-9 at the plate. The junior posted four RBI and five runs scored.

Groesbeck, a San Diego, California native, currently has a .326 batting average and .395 slugging percentage.

As the second baseman, the son of Peter and Jeani Groesbeck had five put outs and five assists.
