Freshman Matt Ryan has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for March 16-22, 2016.

Ryan paced Tech at the Shawnee State Invitational where the team finished fourth with a combined score of 322. The Ballarat Victoria Australia native earned a spot on the all-tournament team and a fourth place finish overall as an individual with a 77 (+5).

The son of Liz and Anthony Ryn is studying accounting at WVU Tech.
