Freshman Johanna Ribacke has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for October 27 - November 3, 2017.

Ribacke scored Tech's first goal in the 3-0 shutout victory over Cincinnati Christian University, posting an unassisted score in the 30^thminute from 30 yards out. The Torne, Sweden native leads the Golden Bears with six goals this season.

Ribacke also marked an assist in the victory, dishing to freshman Meghan Goldman in minute 65. The center mid has four assists towards her 16 total points in 2017 so far.
