Shiels fired a goal from about 35 yards out against University of the Cumberlands to equalize the score 1-1, which led to the eventual 2-1 victory over a tough team.

A native of Bandon, County Cook, England, Shiels has tallied five shots on goal and ten shots total after five games played in 2018.
