Golden Bear Athletes of the Week including for February 9-15, 2020

Gomez was named the Male of Swimmer of the Meet during the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Championship.

From Toledo, Spain, Gomez finished with two individual first place finishes and helped the 400 Free Relay team to a first place showing. He also set a new meet record, finishing the 200 Free in 1:42.50.
