Junior forward and captain Joe Jackson has been named the student-athlete of the week for September 11 through 17. Jackson has led the men's soccer team to a 3-0 record overall and #1 ranking in the USCAA. This past week Jackson scored two goals and recorded two assists in a 9-0 victory over the University of Pikeville.

So far this season, Jackson has scored three goals on nine shots while tallying three assists.

Jackson is a psychology major from Ontario, Canada.
