The outside hitter from Parkersburg, West Virginia, Byrd finished with a total of 32 kills after two matches including a season-high 19 against Indiana University Southeast.

She also recorded 46 digs, five block solos and two block assists. Byrd also now holds WVU Tech's record for total career kills with 1,023.
