GEORGETOWN, Kentucky -- WVU Tech women's soccer fell to (RV) Georgetown College, 1-0, Monday afternoon in Kentucky. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 4-3 while the Tigers improve to 5-2.
Both teams managed four shots on goal including one each from Tech's seniors
Ruby Bingham and
Tyler Graves, junior
Brianna Enger and freshman
Meghan Goldman.
Senior
Martha Reyna (4-3) protected the goal again, stopping three balls after a complete game.
The Tigers' score came from Elise McKinney (9') in the first half off the assist from teammate Jodi DeJohn.
The Gold and Blue will next compete on Friday, September 22 when they travel to Georgia Gwinnett College for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
