BLUEFIELD, West Virginia -- (RV) WVU Tech women's basketball is now 2-2 after pulling out a 60-52 victory at Bluefield State College Saturday afternoon. The Blues are 0-1 after their season-opener.
Senior
Brittney Justice led all scorers with 14 points while producing seven rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Sophomore
Alyssa Taylor recorded her first career double-double, pouring in 13 points while pulling down ten boards. She also marked three assists and three steals.
Junior
ShanEttine Butler hit double-digits, marking 11 points to go with four assists and three rebounds.
Seniors
Alexandria Gray and
Whittney Justice had eight points each. Gray also finished with nine rebounds.
The team will return home when they host University of Pikeville Tuesday, November 24.
