CENTERVILLE, Indiana -- WVU Tech and Indiana University East faced off in River States Conference (RSC) action Saturday where the Golden Bears fell 3-1 to the Red Wolves. Tech is now 4-6-3, 1-4-3 (RSC) while IU East moves to 7-6, 5-2 (RSC).

Jenna Miller was in goal for the Gold and Blue, making five stops in 90 minutes. Gabby Mitchum protected the net for the Red Wolves, allowing one goal.

Brittany Dye was Tech's lone goal scorer, posting the unassisted goal in the first half.

IU East answered back, all in the first 45 minutes, with goals from Kayla Amidon (2) and Kimberly Trapp.

Tech will stay on the road when they travel to Oakland City University Thursday for more conference play.
