RIO GRANDE, Ohio -- WVU Tech women's basketball dropped an 80-63 decision at River States Conference opponent (RV) University of Rio Grande Tuesday evening. The Golden Bears are now 2-3, 2-1 (RSC) this season while the RedStorm stay undefeated at 10-0, 3-0 (RSC).

Brianna Ball led the Gold and Blue with 15 points, four steals and seven rebounds.

Alyssa Taylor and Whittney Justice both ended with 14 points while Taylor had five rebounds and W. Justice had six.

Brittney Justice recorded nine points and seven boards while Makayla Jones pulled down five rebounds.

Up next Tech will travel to Kingsport, Tennessee for the NAIA Showcase to face Union College and Reinhardt University Saturday and Sunday.
