MILLIGAN, Tennessee -- WVU Tech women's soccer kicked off its 2022 season at Milligan University with a 5-0 loss Saturday.

Angelica Taylor,
Brianna Tran and
Isabella Covarrubias all recorded a shot on goal for the Golden Bears.
Bailley Nash stopped nine attempts in 90 minutes of play protecting the net.
The goals scored for Milligan were credited to Ashlen Burch (2), Kelsey Miller (2) and Audra Morgan. Their keeper posted five saves in the complete game.
Tech will return to the pitch August 27 when they travel to Shawnee State University.
