BECKLEY, W.Va. — WVU Tech Rocket League earned its second NECC Division IV Mideast B victory of the 2025 fall season Wednesday night, defeating Northwood University Blue 4–2 in a best-of-seven series.
The Golden Bears — Waleed Alghamdi (FARGO), Jayden Rouse (Jaro) and Brayden Hanshew (Mune) — bounced back from a slow start to win four of the final five games, showcasing balance on offense and composure on defense against a highly skilled opponent.
With the result, WVU Tech improves to 2–3 in NECC Division IV Mideast B and 4–3 overall this season.
