At Tech: River States Conference honors include Runner of the Year, Conference Champion, Newcomer of the Year, First Team All-Conference and Athlete of the Week (multiple times)...a scholar-athlete...earned Golden Bear Athlete of the Week (multiple times)...helped lead 2018 squad to Conference Championship...finished 22^nd overall at NAIA Nationals...made the Dean's List (2017-19)...earned the Outstanding Junior Award in Chemical Engineering...President of Tau Beta Pi...the AICHE treasurer...SGA Senator...a resident advisor...New River Gorge Raft and Zip-Line Guide...former member of SCOOT.

Before Tech: Attended and ran cross country and track and field at Clark College for four semesters...earned the coaches' award for cross country (2016)...named Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2016-17)...made the Vice President's List all quarters.

High School: Graduated from Columbia River High School in 2015...participated in and earned four varsity letters each in cross country, swimming and track and field...
