Sophomore Mackenzie Snare has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer for Oct. 1-7.

The Golden Bears went 3-1 last week and Snare marked three new career-highs with 23 digs, 10 kills and four aces to go with her 2.5 (two solo / one assisted) blocks in the 3-1 win over West Virginia University Parkersburg (Oct. 1).

The Reynoldsburg, Ohio native tallied a total of 16 more kills for Tech while also producing two aces, four digs and two blocks during the week.
