Sophomore Hunter Moles has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer for Nov. 5-11.
The South Charleston, West Virginia native made six saves in the semi-final of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Championship Tournament, earning a shutout and win after a 1-0 victory for Tech.
Moles had a total of two saves during the Championship game to help lead the Golden Bears to back-to-back National titles. The team defeated University of Maine at Fort Kent, 2-0 for another shutout victory in the tournament.
The sophomore ended the season with a 0.67 goals against average, ranking fifth in the USCAA.
