Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for November 9-18, 2019

WVU Tech was crowned the River States Conference Champions for the second consecutive season including a first place finish from Ecker-Randolph.

Ecker-Randolph, who was named the RSC Runner of the Year, crossed the line first with a time of 26:01.04 to lead all 92 runners.

The top seven runners of the championship were named to the All-RSC first team which included the St. Petersburg, Florida native.
