During two contests in December, Scruggs poured in 34 points total including 15 at Youngstown State University and 19 versus Morgan State University, both NCAA DI schools.

The guard, who hails from South Charleston, West Virginia also tallied 12 boards, four steals and three assists. The Golden Bears earned a huge 73-67 victory at Morgan State December 19.
