Seniors Valentina Abondano (volleyball) and Brittany Dye (women's soccer) highlight that week's honors. Abondano, who hails from Bogotá-Cundinamarca, Colombia, led the back row defense as she picked up 38 digs. The senior averaged 3.8 digs per set and also tallied eight assists for the Gold and Blue. A native of Princeton, West Virginia, Dye scored both of Tech's goals in the shutout victory over Brescia University. Dye finished with seven shots on frame over two games for the Golden Bears.
