Sophomore Francine Meyer has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer for December 3-9.

Meyer helped the women's swim team to a fourth place finish at the Union College Winter Invitational. In her relays, Meyer led off the fourth place 200 Freestyle relay (24.92), she swam butterfly in the fourth place 200 Medley and the fifth place 400 Medley relays, splitting 27.10 and 1:00.90 respectively. The sophomore led off the fifth place 800 Freestyle relay with a 1:58.43 and swam the anchor leg of the sixth place 400 Freestyle relay (54.41)
The daughter of Namaste L. M. Sanchez and Paulo H. Sanchez is majoring in athletic coaching education as a Golden Bear.
