Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for August 21-27, 2023

Contrax (Ford), who hails from Meadow Bridge, W.Va., dominated in Fortnite duos during the Coalpit Classic hosted by Concord University in its new Esports Arena. Contrax and his teammate sophomore Jacob Cooper (DaCoop70) earned a 2-1 victory in a best-of-three, first-to-ten match-up against the Mountain Lions.
