Golden Bear Athletes of the Week for Nov. 27 - Dec. 3, 2023 were announced Wednesday by the WVU Tech Athletic Department. Freshman Braden Chapman (men's basketball) and junior The AbaW Tamer Abdelgelil (esports) highlight the week's honors.

The AbaW (Summersville, W.Va.) helped lead to a 2-0 victory over Hastings College in a semifinal of the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) championship. The junior finished with a score of 10,199 over both games.
