Golden Bear Athletes of the Week for September 15–21, 2025, were announced Monday by the WVU Tech Athletic Department. Earning the spotlight this week are sophomore Sean Cooper (golf) and freshman Aniston Treadway (volleyball).

Treadway, a freshman from Rupert, West Virginia, powered Tech’s offense in a two-match road stretch. She delivered 31 kills (3.88 per set) while hitting .301, including 24 kills in the Golden Bears’ 3–2 victory at Kentucky Christian. The outside hitter added nine digs on the week.
