Junior Genna Trippett has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for April 22-28, 2015.

For the win against Davis and Elkins College, Trippett held the Senators to just six hits in seven innings of work, striking out four batters while giving up just six hits and three earned runs. The junior also finished a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate, marking a double.

Trippett finished 4-for-4 at the plate for the Gold and Blue, producing two RBI and a double while pitching a complete game for the win moving her record in the circle to 3-4 while striking out two batters in the 11-2 win over Glenville State College.
