Sophomore Francisco Neto has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for September 15-21, 2015.

Neto is making an immediate impact in his debut with WVU Tech. The Rio de Janeiro, Brazil native scored four goals in three games, including both goals in the 2-1 victory vs. UMFK. Neto also marked an assist in the 2-1 win over Bryant & Stratton College.

Neto Ranks Number 6 in NAIA Division I in Shots per Game (5.500), Number 7 in Goals per Game (1.500) and Number 9 in Division I in Points per Game (3.250).

The son of Simone Antunes and Fernando Carlos is majoring in business management at WVU Tech.
