Sophomore Ryan Atkins has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for November 18 - December 1, 2015.

Atkins led the game with 28 points in Tech's 71-69 win over Point Park University while pulling down seven rebounds and dishing five assists. The Miami, Florida native also led the scoring efforts against Bluefield State College with 14 points, including 6-for-7 shooting from the field and two rebounds.

The son of Robin and Everett Atkins had a game-high 27 points in Tech's victory over Southeastern while also producing four rebounds, assists and steals.

The sophomore is majoring in forensic investigations at WVU Tech.
