Sophomore Julie Conway has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer of the Week for January 20-26, 2016.

Conway posted a new career-high with 13 points in WVU Tech's KIAC win over IU East and followed that up with a solid stat line versus Rio Grande, also a win for Tech. The guard had ten points, including a perfect 4-for-4 showing at the foul line in the team's second consecutive victory. Conway also pulled down four offensive boards towards her six total.

The daughter of Karen Conway is majoring in athletic coaching education at WVU Tech.
