Senior Daniel Ramirez has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for October 14-20, 2016.

Ramirez scored the winning goal in a 2-1 River States Conference contest against Point Park University in the 89^thminute. In 15 games, the Rivas Vaciamadrid, Madrid, Spain native has posted six goals and two assists in 2016.

The son of Jose Ramirez is majoring in computer engineering at WVU Tech.
