Senior Colton Rowe has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for November 17-24, 2016.

Rowe earned the title at 174 pounds in the Estes Environmental Star City Open hosted by Ferrum College Saturday.

The Huntingtown, Maryland native won his weight class with three pins (2:42, 0:23, 0:00) and a 12-5 decision in the championship. Rowe wrestled opponents from Huntington College, Liberty University and Ferrum.
