Katherine Lively (Spokane, WA) helped her team to a 2-2 record on the road this week against a pair of Mid-South Conference teams. Katherine grabbed 5 hits, including a double, while batting in a run and scoring twice on offense for Tech. The freshman middle-infielder also played well in the field for the Golden Bears, receiving credit for 2 put-outs and 6 defensive assists.

The award is Lively’s first of the season.
