Sophomore Sasha Fleurinor has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for April 14-20, 2017 for the second time this season.

Fleurinor helped lead the men's 4 x 400 meter relay squad, which also included sophomores Raquez Lockhart and freshmen Robert Jones and Peter Telesco, to a first place finish with a season-best time of 3:26.62.

The Sunrise, Florida native also placed eighth out of 25 competitors with a time of 51.75.
