Sophomore Konstantina Pateli has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for November 10-30, 2017.
Pateli finished the season also ranked in the nation (DI) including No. 3 in total service aces (75), No. 19 in service aces per game (0.560), No. 23 in total assists (1,292) and No. 44 in assists per game (9.640).
The Athens, Greece native marked 88 assists, 23 digs, seven kills, four block assists and two service aces to complete the historical 2017 season during the River States Conference (RSC) Tournament. The Golden Bears finished 24-14 overall including an upset win during the tournament over No. 2 seed (West) Brescia University, 3-2.
