Senior Paul Gonzales has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for December 6-14, 2017.

Gonzales, a Snow Hill, Maryland native, recorded a fall (2:24) against Liberty's Keegan Smith and earned a major decision (11-0) versus Southern Virginia's Aaron Freidhof to go undefeated in a tri-match hosted by WVU Tech Saturday.
