Jose Soto (Maracaibo, Venezuela) earns his first Student-Athlete of the Week honor after helping his team grab a win against Davis & Elkins.  Jose compiled an impressive 6 hits, which included a double and a home run against Shawnee State, scored 5 runs, drew a walk and batted in 2 runs on the week.

Soto’s efforts helped his team snap a six game skid at D&E Sunday, to go 1-4 on the week.
