After the first two sessions of the NAIA National Championship, Monnin swam her way to the podium twice. The 800 Medley Relay team of Monnin, Isabela Kiesewetter Zandavalli, Mariana Loureiro and Mariara Loureiro finished seventh with a time of 7:55.36, all earning All-American status for their efforts.

The Knoxville, Tennessee native then touched second in the 200 IM with a time of 2:07.25, breaking a Tech record. Monnin also broke a Golden Bear record in the lead off leg of the 200 Freestyle Relay prelims with a 24.35.
