Monika Becker

Becker skipped the long trip back to her home town of Kissing, Germany this summer.  Instead, the soon-to-be senior for the women’s soccer team stayed in Montgomery to prepare for her final season under second year head coach, Kelly Bork - and to gain a little work experience on the Montgomery campus.

Monika has been a three year starter on defense for Tech, playing in 27 games her freshman and sophomore seasons before being sidelined for half of her junior season last year with an injury.  Despite the limited action, Becker was more active on offense in 9 games than she had been since her freshman season for the blue & gold, firing off seven shots.
