Freshman forward Dennis Fürst has been named the student-athlete of the week for September 26 through October 2.  

Fürst has led the men's soccer team to a 3-1 record while a part of the team and a current #1 ranking in the USCAA.  This past week Fürst scored three goals and recorded two assists in games against Brescia College, Warren Wilson College, and Bluefield College.

So far this season, Fürst has scored five goals on thirteen shots while tallying two assists.

Fürst is an engineering technology major from Waibliugen, Germany.
