Junior Nia Nolan has been named the Golden Bear Star Performer for January 14-21.

Nolan scored a team-high 14 points for the Golden Bears in their 62-56 win over Washington Adventist University Sunday afternoon. This snapped a five-game winning streak for Tech.

The junior pushed her string of consecutive double-digit scoring efforts to ten games to go with three rebounds and assists. For the game, Nolan shot 10-for-11 from the foul line.

The Dayton, Oh. native is averaging 17.7 points per game on the year and has scored 88 points in her last five games.
