TAKOMA PARK, Maryland - WVU Tech women's basketball have increased their win streak to four with a Sunday afternoon victory over Washington Adventist University, marking the second time they defeated the Shock this week. The Golden Bears scored a 69-49 win to boost their record to 10-13, Washington Adventist fall to 4-15.

Nia Nolan led on the day again for Tech with a game-high 24 points, including a 4-for-5 effort from three-point range. Nolan dished five assists and grabbed three boards.
Junior
Cheyanne Lusk also hit double-digits with 14 points while pulling down six rebounds. Lusk produced five steals and two blocks. Senior
Roche Wimberly dominated on the boards for Tech, recording eight rebounds to go with seven points, four blocks and three steals.
As a team, the Golden Bears shot 45.9 percent (28-for-61) from the field, 42.9 percent (6-for-14) from the three-point line and 38.9 percent (7-for-18) from the foul line.
The Gold and Blue will hit the road again when they travel to Bluefield State College February 3 for a 6:00 p.m. tip-off.
