WILMORE, Kentucky — WVU Tech volleyball was defeated by fellow KIAC conference member Asbury College, 3-0 Friday evening. The Golden Bears are now 0-7, 0-1 (KIAC) while the Eagles improved to 9-7, 3-0 (KIAC).
Tech combined for 20 kills during the match while Asbury tallied 37 in their win over the Gold and Blue, 25-11, 25-12 and 25-13.

Mackenzie Snare were the team leaders with four kills each. C. Dean also led Tech with seven digs while Snare led with two block assists and one solo.

Jaymee Hannan and M. Dean who had five a piece.
The team continues play tomorrow when they travel to Midway University for a 2:00 p.m. match-up.
