MONTGOMERY, West Virginia — WVU Tech volleyball dropped a 3-1 decision Wednesday evening in a conference (KIAC) match-up against the University of Rio Grande. The Golden Bears are now 1-9, 0-2 (KIAC) while the RedStorm boost their record to 9-3, 2-1 (KIAC) after the teams posted scores of 15-25, 25-22, 10-25 and 6-25.

Jacque Carroll led on offense with 12 kills while also posting a team-high three blocks. Fellow classmates
Jaymee Hannan and
Chelsea Dean posted team-highs with 14 assists 9 digs respectively.
The Golden Bears return to action September 23 when they travel to Ohio Christian University for a 7:00 p.m. conference match-up.
