EMORY, Virginia -- The Golden Bears of WVU Tech volleyball dropped a match 3-2 at Emory & Henry College Friday evening. In the five set battle, the set scores between Tech and the Wasps were 22-25, 25-18, 25-17, 16-25 and 8-25. The Gold and Blue now hold a record of 20-16 while Emory & Henry move to 16-11 in 2016.

Bailey Lotozo led with 14 kills while senior
Keyonna Morrow had ten and sophomore
Ana Monteiro and freshman
Carolina Bologna finished with nine each.
Senior
Michala Dean picked up 21 digs in the match to go with three service aces and two assists. Monteiro finished with 13 digs and Lotozo marked nine.
Freshman
Konstantina Pateli posted 35 assists in the loss. Pateli also served up four aces, bringing her season total to 70.
The team will continue River States Conference play when they head to Rio Grande, Ohio Saturday to face Asbury University and Midway University.
