VIENNA, West Virginia -- The WVU Tech women's soccer team moves to 2-0 in this young season after capturing a 5-0 shutout victory at Ohio Valley University Thursday afternoon. The Fighting Scots move to 0-1.

Junior goalkeeper
Martha Reyna (2-0) recorded the shutout win in 90 minutes of play, recording one save in the game.
The Golden Bears outshot their opponent 13 (12) - 6 (1) while OVU held the advantage in corner kicks, 3-2.
The team will next host the University of Maine at Fort Kent for their home opener in Beckley, West Virginia at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Complex September 4. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
