- Finished their River States Conference (RSC) road trip to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a 3-0 victory over Carlow.
- The Golden Bears fell to Point Park University (3-1) the night before.
- Freshman Michaela Hall led the balanced attack with eight kills while fellow classmate Lauren McCall, senior Bailey Lotozo and sophomore Katelyn Byrd had seven each.
- Hall also put down three block assists and Lotozo had 14 digs.
- Sophomore Konstantina Pateli handled the ball for a match-best 24 assists to go with 13 digs and four block assists.
- Sophomore libero Alice Amitrano picked up a career-high 39 digs for the Gold and Blue.

LAST GAME
- Earned their fifth consecutive victory after shutting out Ohio Christian University 2-0.
- Tech's first goal came from a header off of sophomore Maria Gonzalez who connected with a corner kick from senior Ruby Bingham.
- The combination marked Gonzalez's first score this season and Bingham's second assist in 2017.
- Junior Brianna Enger produced the final goal of the game with an unassisted effort in the 89th minute.
- The Dracut, Massachusetts native followed up freshman Johanna Ribacke's blocked attempt to find the back of the net.
- Senior goalkeeper Martha Reyna (9-4) marked her third shutout this season after three stops in 90 minutes.
- The team combined for 16 shots on frame compared to the Trailblazers' four. Tech also held the advantage in corner kicks, 9-2.

- Senior Francisco Neto tallied WVU Tech men's soccer's first three goals for a flawless hat trick in the 6-0 River States Conference (RSC) victory over Ohio Christian University.
- Neto was able to find the back of the net off the assist of sophomore Jesus Naves in the ninth minute to start things off for the Gold and Blue.
- The Rio De Janeiro, Brazil native sailed a penalty kick past Ohio Christian's keeper Roberto Varela for his second score and connected with sophomore Eduardo Gutierrez for his third and final goal of the game.
- Off the assist from freshman Carlos Quiros Perulero, fellow classmate Manuel Segarra produced his second collegiate goal.
- Sophomore Manuel Garcia scored his first career goal, unassisted, in the 73rd minute.
- The final Tech goal came from freshman Renan Gouvia, who also posted his first career goal, and the assist of freshman Fernando Sendra.
- The assist is Sendra's first collegiate.
- Freshman Jose Domingo Xam-mar is now 4-2 protecting the goal this season including two shut outs.
- Xam-mar finished the game with two stops after 45 minutes of play.
- The team combined for 19 shots on frame compared to the Trailblazers' two.
- Tech also held the advantage in corner kicks, 8-0.
