LAST GAME
- Finished a 12-game road trip to Florida with a big NAIA win over last season's national champions and No. 2 Saint Xavier University, 3-0.
- Senior Genna Trippett knocked her third home run in as many games to help propel Tech past Saint Xavier with two runs scored from the long ball.
- Freshman Karina Atanacio, who has earned all of Tech's wins in the circle this season, pitched a complete shutout game against the Cougars including two K's and 14 first pitch strikes.
- Atanacio only threw 85 pitches and had no walks in the victory.
- Trippett's home run also drove in Connelly who had reached base by a single.
- The third run came in the top of the seventh when a balk from Saint Xavier's pitcher scored freshman Chelsey Adkins who reached on a single up the middle.
- The team totaled six hits including two from junior Kayla Harbin.

LAST GAME
- The Golden Bears shut out Point Park, 7-0, in the final game of a four-game series.
- Redshirt-junior Garrison Vandeventer earned his fourth save of the season after three innings of work on the mound.
- Vandeventer is currently eighth in the nation (NAIA DI) for four total saves.
- Tech's first score came in the third when senior Doug Prather crossed the plate after freshman Jacob Reimold reached base on balls for the RBI.
- The team scored twice in the fourth inning including a RBI for junior Abraham Alejandro off a double that crossed Prather and a single from senior Alex Kotheimer that drove in Alejandro.
- Senior Brady Groesbeck earned a RBI for Tech's final run when a ground out to shortstop drove in fellow classmate Marcus Rodriguez.
- Alejandro and Prather led the team at the plate with two hits each while Alejandro marked a RBI and run scored and Prather crossed the plate twice.
- Senior Chris Davidson (3-2) drew the start and pitched 3.2 innings for the loss.
- Davidson gave up nine hits and five earned runs while striking out three Pioneers.

LAST MEET
- Participated in the Finn Pincus Invitational hosted by Roanoke College.
- The invite was held in Salem, Virginia at the Kerr-Cregger Field House.
- Junior Douglas Negrete highlighted Tech's finishes, running the 3000 meters in a time of 9:06.01 for third place out of 38 athletes.
- Sophomore Seth Greensage threw his way to a fifth place finish in the weight throw with 14.75 meters after competing against 35 throwers including NCAA DII competition.
- Freshman Robert Jones finished eighth out of 42 participants in the mile run with a time of 4:37.95.
- Sophomore Raquez Lockhart earned 15th out of 53 runners in the 400 meters with a time of 52.96 to round out the top finishers for the Gold and Blue.
- Senior Atiyyah Herron had the top effort Saturday, finishing third in the 500 meters and fifth in the 600 meters.
- Herron completed the 500 meters with a time of 1:31.60 and ran to a time of 1:57.33 in the 600 meters.
- The North Royalton, Ohio native also ran the 800 meters (29th, 2:50.79).
- Freshman Tenaya Meade competed in the 400 meters where she finished 19th out of 30 competitors to highlight her day. Meade also competed in the 200 meters (21st, 28.68).
